London-based Heah&Co is an internationally renowned architectural firm that enjoys a highly collaborative relationship with Aman. The firm is led by award-winning architect John Heah, whose celebrated portfolio features the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan in Ubud Bali.
In addition to Amanera at Playa Grande, Heah&Co’s experience with Dolphin includes the design of the Aman at Kea and the Oberoi at Scorpio Bay Resort.
Golf Course Design
Founded in 1974 by Rees Jones, son of iconic architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr., Rees Jones, Inc. has since grown into one of world. His company customizes the design and supervises the construction of new layouts for private clubs, resorts, real estate communities, and municipal and county golf facilities across the globe. The team is also renowned for restoring, redesigning, and modernizing existing courses. Original designs include the Andalusia Country Club at South La Quinta, Bear Creek Golf Club at Hilton Head Island (SC) and the Nantucket Golf Club. Among its most prominent redesigns are the Mauna Kea Golf Course in Hawaii, Lyford Cay Club in The Bahamas, and the Breakers Rees Jones Course in West Palm Beach. Throughout his career, Rees Jones has had the unique pleasure of renovating a number of his father’s prestigious designs, including Playa Grande.
